Herin Family Investments (HFI) is a Single Family Office based in Houston, Texas with real estate investments in Class A and Class B industrial warehouse properties. As a consolidator of Value-Add real estate, HFI buys vacant properties, renovates, leases then groups packages of stabilized investment grade warehouses for sale to the investor community. We own industrial real estate assets in Texas, Georgia and Tennessee.

Jason is the owner of HFI. Before forming HFI in 2014, Jason was the sole owner of CBS Rentals. One of the largest independent general rental equipment companies in Texas with 14 locations and 200M in fleet. Over his career, Jason has had a variety of tactical and strategic leadership roles for three Fortune 500 companies, Westinghouse Electric Supply Company (“WESCO”), ABB and HD Supply (formerly Home Depot Supply). He currently resides in Houston, Texas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. His passions are strategy planning, growth development and team leadership development, as well as spending time with family and traveling.
Matt is the CFO of HFI. Matt has almost 20 years of experience in the field of accounting and finance. During his time in public accounting Matt worked alongside multiple companies in many different industries including construction, oil and gas, rental equipment, and manufacturing. He joined Herin Family Investments in early 2017 and has headed up HFI’s accounting and finance department since then. Matt enjoys working with team members to grow businesses through serving HFI’s employees and customers. His passions are serving others, spending time with family, hunting and fishing, and drinking good bourbon with friends.
Elizabeth Loge is the COO of HFI. Elizabeth has over 20 years of experience in the field of commercial and industrial construction rental market. She joined Herin Family Investments in 2014 and has served in multiple senior management positions within various business units. She is a dynamic executive spearheading improvements and procedural changes resulting in streamlined workflows and maximizing company productivity. Elizabeth has also been a pioneer in launching women leadership programs resulting in personal growth and lasting relationships. She is dedicated to changing the stereotypes and breaking the barriers women face when it comes to careers in the industrial and construction industry.
Kandis Romero is the Executive Assistant of HFI. She joined Herin Family Investments in 2022 and has 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant to C-level executives and Owners. Kandis graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor degree in Marketing. She currently resides in Magnolia, Texas with her husband and 4 kids. Kandis enjoys spending time with family and friends paired with good food and wine.
