We are pleased to announce Herin Family Investments (HFI) has acquired the Texas-based Arrow Industrial Equipment (“Arrow”) company, the transaction was finalized on July 28, 2023. HFI is a Single-Family office headquartered in Houston, Texas, with Jason Herin as the President and CEO. HFI has several focused business units including real estate development, investment banking, and philanthropy.
Arrow Industrial Equipment is a family-owned business with more than 30 years of experience in the metal cleaning industry. Arrow proudly serves over 800 customers throughout the United States. Arrow represents eight major manufacturers and is also the exclusive Goff Distributor for Texas and Louisiana. As a result of this acquisition, “we can combine teams and resources to achieve our long-term growth strategy to realize greater density and scale in Texas and Louisiana and better serve our customers.” said Jason Herin, President and CEO.
Mike Wilkes (former owner of Arrow Industrial Equipment) is pleased to join the HFI family. Mike will continue in a sales and leadership role, supporting the business, team, and long-lasting customer relationships he has developed over the last 30 years. “We are excited for this opportunity and what the next chapter holds for Arrow’s customers and team members,” said Mike Wilkes.
