We are pleased to announce Herin Family Investments (HFI) has acquired the BK Corrosion LLC, the transaction
was finalized on December 28, 2023. HFI is a Single-Family office headquartered in Spring, Texas, with Jason Herin
as the President and CEO. HFI has several focused business units including real estate development, investment
banking and philanthropy.
BK Corrosion is an independent distributor and manufacturer of cathodic protection materials as well as the
distribution of pipeline supplies. The company entered the Cathodic Protection (CP) market in 1935, broadening its
line of products over the years. BK Corrosion, LLC is headquartered in Houston, TX with current branches in
Midland, TX, Denver, CO and Fairmont, WV.
