We are pleased to announce Herin Family Investments (HFI) has acquired the Texas-based Southwestern Paint Panels company, the transaction was finalized on July 28, 2023. HFI is a Single-Family office headquartered in Houston, Texas, with Jason Herin as the President and CEO. HFI has several focused business units including real estate development, investment banking and philanthropy.
Southwestern Paint Panels is a family-owned business with more than 20 years of experience in the custom fabrication test and paint panel industry. Southwestern Paint Panels is the leading test panel manufacturer for test panels being used to assess the suitability of coatings for various paints and corrosion control processes. Proving legendary service to automotive, aerospace, industrial, manufacturing, corrosion control, and oil and gas industries with high-quality test components for many years.
Mike Wilkes (former owner of Southwestern Paint Panels) is pleased to join the HFI family.
